This custom seven-unit condominium building was designed to be a buffer between the Middleton Hills residential neighborhood and the recently constructed Copps Grocery Store. The creative design solution for a very limited site has been met with enthusiasm by both the Middleton Hills neighborhood and the City of Middleton.
