This historic 1914 executive residence was last renovated in 1972. The design team researched the current interior finishes of 3,000 sf of the 8,000 sf this regal home through lab testing and historic records. Once the renovations were complete the next project was to replace 1970’s light fixtures, inventory the antiques and art, select new wool carpets for all the public spaces, select drapery, refurbish furniture pieces and pair with new soft seating.
