A progressive interior renovation of an Historic Building in the heart of Madison's Schenk’s Corners neighborhood. Lake Ridge Bank engaged Destree to re-envision the existing 9,000 sf bank, as a financial destination offering co-working space, community space and a local café. Historic elements such as the original terrazzo floors were uncovered and restored. The large vault was repurposed into an intimate conference room. Destree provided architecture, interior design, furniture and art services.
