The Aldo’s Café renovation, located inside the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery on the University of Wisconsin Campus, breathes new life and improves functionality into their existing space. The reimagined cafe features a fresh, modern aesthetic, rhythmic color-blocked tile, warm wood tones, and elements of biophilia (with more to come). Destree provided architecture, interior design and food service consulting to improve kitchen production and beverage service capacity; creating a vibrant, sensory-rich environment where customers can enjoy locally sourced fairtrade organic coffee, tea and fresh bites.
