​​​Position: Interior Designer

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team who is creative and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in both business environments and high-end single-family residential projects. The position involves concept development, material research, graphics, design development, and contractor and client contact. Responsibilities include coordinating project work and submittals with consultants; Revit and AutoCAD drafting; shop drawing review; SketchUp project presentations; finish and furniture selections; construction drawings; specifications; and some minor procurement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Interior Design experience

• Solid design talent that reflects clever, innovative solutions

• Ability to interpret construction documents and apply building codes related to
  interior architecture

• Revit Proficiency

• AutoCAD Proficiency

• SketchUp, Lumion, & Escape experience is a plus

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to self-direct your schedule, multitask and prioritize your day, communicate, and function as part of a design team.

• Experience performing in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

• CIDQ certification is a plus

Education:

Degree: Associate, BA or BS in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
